[Arizona-students] NFB National Convention

It is interesting that you found it a relief to come back. I understand what
kinds of conveniences you could enjoy from the sighted world that you
couldn't get as easily at the convention. However, I usually have the
opposite reaction to NFB conventions, where it's an adjustment for me to go
back into the visual world. I guess because I identify so strongly with
blind culture, going from blind to heterogeneous is harder than the other
way around. How do you think that going to NFB convention affects your
confidence and skill at navigating the sighted world when you come back?
