It's 9 degrees here in northwest Arkansas this morning. I've had to break the
ice on the animal waters with a hammer the last couple of days. We have about
3 inches of sleet and snow. My goats are hiding in the barn. Jack and Cruiser
were covered with ice yesterday, so I locked them in their stalls last night.

Saturday reached 66 and it was beautiful; I don't know what happened!

The guys finished my new roof on Saturday, just in time.

I noticed some lillies coming up next to the house; they probably got frozen.
Yesterday I started to do a load of laundry only to find out that the drain
line was frozen. Water started going all over the floor. I wasn't planning on
mopping the laundry room, but it got done. Now I have a washing machine mostly
full of water and wet clothes waiting for the thaw!

I'm starting to miss Phoenix a little!

How are the rest of you fairing?

Nella
