Qualifications
To register to vote in the State of Alabama, an individual must meet the
following qualifications:

  a.. Be a United States Citizen
  b.. Reside in Alabama
  c.. Be at least 18 years old
  d.. Have not been convicted of a felony (or have rights restored)
  e.. Have not been legally declared "mentally incompetent" by a court
