It has been some time since I have sent you information about some of the new lists we now host on NFB Net. Below is a list, with brief description of all the public lists that have been added in the past few months. To subscribe to any of them go to:

http://www.nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo

* colorado-talk (information and discussion from the NFB of Colorado)

* electronics-talk (discussion of access to consumer electronics, home appliances etc.)

* journalists (list for blind professional journalists)

* mn-abs (Minnesota Association of Blind Students)

* nfb-cars (Cars Division discussion group)

*  nfb-hi  (NFB of Hawaii)

* NFB-Reno-l (Reno Chapter of NFB of Nevada)

* nfb-river-city (Sacramento chapter of NFB of California)

* nfb-science (list of Science and Engineering Division)

*  nfbf-l  (NFB of Florida)

* nfbkabs (Kentucky Association of Blind Students)

* nfbsf (NFB of San Francisco)

* sportsandrec (sports and recreation for the blind)

*  tn-talk  (NFB of Tennessee)

* trainer-talk (for those who teach and train people how to use assistive technology for the blind)\

You can also join any of these lists via e-mail. Use the key word after the asterisk * followed by a dash - and the following request at nfbnet.org . For example, the keyword for the Colorado list is colorado-talk so send a message to colorado-talk-request at nfbnet.org . Then put the word subscribe in the subject field by itself, and send off the message.

See you on the lists.

David Andrews
