The Consumer Protection Division offers a variety of publications on topics of interest to Maryland consumers.

*  Maryland Merchant's Guide. Written especially for owners of small businesses, this guide explains Maryland's consumer laws. *  Nursing Homes: What You Need to Know. Explains the rights of nursing home residents, and how to select, pay for and evaluate nursing home care. *  Understanding Condominium Living. Provides comprehensive information on condominium law and details the rights and obligations of condominium purchasers and residents. 24 pages. (6.5"x 9.5" envelope with $.78 postage affixed.)
